I used to be a real estate professional in California, and Chris made me feel like I was doing my job wrong all along! There are two things that stand out the most. The first is a top 1 percentile level knowledge of homes - everything from spotting foundation issues, electrical, plumbing, and other things. He's not an expert in the way an inspector is but knows enough to point out important things. The second thing is his honesty and his consultant like demeanor. He was never in a rush to sell me a house. He would tell me many times when he thought a house wasn't right for me and give his reasons why. We even had to readjust our strategy a few time. But it's because he clearly had my best interest at heart. Chris is the best realtor I've ever worked with.
